Questions

How much is it?

The base one-page website is $0 down and $99 a month. That covers the build, managed hosting, maintenance, domain connection, and reasonable updates to the existing page. Optional add-ons are quoted before I start them.

Is there a long contract?

No. The service agreement is month to month. You can cancel by email without a cancellation fee, and the site remains online through the billing period you already paid for.

Who owns the domain?

You do. A new domain is purchased in an account under your name and payment method, or your current domain remains in your existing account. I only connect it to the website.

What happens if I cancel?

Future $99 charges stop and the hosted site comes down after the paid period. You keep the domain and the original photos, copy, and other material you supplied. The subscription is a managed service, not an installment purchase of the template source files.

Can I request changes?

Updates to the existing page are included: three change requests a calendar month, each back within five business days. A new page, large rewrite, custom form, detailed menu, or other expanded feature may need a separate quote.

What if a business already has a website and an agency?

Then this plan is probably not the right thing. For a company already running a website, search work and advertising, I start with a paid, read-only review of about ten business days. I write down what is running and who controls it. I back the site up and prove the restore. I reconcile spend against booked and completed jobs, and move three waiting requests through staging. Nothing live is changed while it runs. The ongoing work is quoted after that. See the managed operations page.

Where do the photos come from?

You can supply photos you own or have permission to use. A private preview may use clearly generic licensed stock that doesn't pretend to show your actual staff, premises, customers, food, pets, vehicles, or work.

Will the site put me first in search results?

I don't promise you a ranking. I don't promise a number of calls or a dollar figure either. A clear website gives people and your business listing one accurate destination for services, hours, location, and contact information.

How quickly can it launch?

An approved base page normally goes live within two business days after you provide the final facts, photo rights, agreement, billing details, and domain access.

Call or email. Either one reaches Collister Computing.
