A practical website for a barbershop
A simple barbershop website for cuts, hours, location, booking, and call or text contact. $0 down and $99 a month.
Austin Ross, Collister Computing. Boise, Idaho. Built and supported locally.
A barbershop website doesn't need a long story or complicated navigation. It needs to tell someone what kinds of cuts are available, whether appointments or walk-ins are used, when the chairs are open, and the quickest way to reach the shop.
The main service section can cover confirmed offerings such as classic cuts, clipper cuts, beard trims, children’s cuts, or hot-towel services. Each item gets a short plain description. If barbers set their own schedules or booking links, the page can explain that clearly instead of sending a visitor through several unrelated profiles.
Built for quick decisions
On a phone, the call or text button should be immediate. An existing booking platform can be linked from the same page. The shop’s current hours, address, parking note, and walk-in policy should be easy to scan before someone leaves home. If prices are published, the owner confirms them before launch and whenever they change.
Photos should come from the shop or from a licensed source. A private preview may use generic barber imagery, but it won't pretend that a stock chair, barber, or haircut belongs to the business. Reviews and customer comments appear only with approval.
Keep Facebook, but give the shop a stable home
Facebook works well for fresh cuts, schedule changes, and shop updates. It's harder to use as the only reference for services and hours because important details can get buried beneath newer posts, and not every visitor wants to sign in. A website puts the permanent facts and booking action in one predictable place, then links back to the social page for current activity.
The base plan is $0 down and $99 a month. It includes the one-page site, managed hosting, maintenance, domain connection, and reasonable updates to the existing content.
