A contractor website that helps qualify the first call

A contractor website for services, project fit, service area, photos, and direct contact. $0 down and $99 a month.

Austin Ross, Collister Computing. Boise, Idaho. Built and supported locally.

A contractor’s website earns its keep by saying what jobs you take. Say it plainly and you stop fielding calls about work you don’t do, and the people who do call arrive with better questions.

The page lists the work you actually take on: remodels, additions, repairs, or one narrow specialty if that’s the business. It says where you’ll drive to and when you pick up the phone. It says how you want to be contacted first, whether that’s a text, an email, or the request form you already use. Anything about licensing, insurance or warranties goes on the page only if you confirm it.

Use project information carefully

Client-owned photos can show the kind of work the company wants to discuss, but the business needs permission to publish identifiable properties, people, and subcontractors. A generic worksite image in a private preview never becomes evidence that the contractor built a particular project. Reviews, years in business, and project claims also require direct approval.

The page stays compact enough to use on a phone. Services, about information, project examples, hours, service area, and the call or text action remain easy to find. A second page for a detailed portfolio or another location can be quoted separately.

Why Facebook isn't a complete project page

Facebook is a reasonable place for progress photos and company updates. It's harder to use as the only source for the contractor’s scope, service area, qualifications, and inquiry process because those details become scattered among posts. A website keeps the approved business information at one stable address and points interested visitors to social activity when useful.

The base site is $0 down and $99 a month, including hosting, maintenance, domain connection, and reasonable edits.
